Requesting Support
When requesting support, include:
- The email address associated with your My Gym Coach account.
- Your device type and operating system version, if relevant.
- A short description of the issue and the screen or workout where it happened.
- Any screenshots or details that help reproduce the issue.
Account and Data Deletion
To request account and data deletion, email support@mygymcoachapp.com with the subject line "My Gym Coach Data Deletion Request." Include the email address tied to your account and clearly state that you want your My Gym Coach account and account-linked training data deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion. Once verified, we will delete known account-linked data subject to technical, security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.

Review the Privacy Policy for information about Firebase Authentication, user account information, workout/program/training data storage, data security, and the statement that user data is not sold.
